Powered by core AI model technologies, we focus on the manufacturing sectors including automotive manufacturing, aerospace, precision machinery and robotics. Adopting a three-in-one collaborative system integrating high-quality scenario data, solidified domain expertise and advanced algorithm models, we have developed a series of multi-scenario AI agents, such as production scheduling agents, online quality inspection agents, predictive maintenance agents, safety patrol agents and warehouse scheduling agents. These intelligent agents empower enterprises to realize smart production, shorten R&D cycles, reduce production costs and improve product quality. Committed to continuous technological innovation, TCC delivers one-stop comprehensive digital and intelligent solutions for all clients.

Upon receiving urgent rush orders, the system automatically connects to MES to retrieve real-time equipment OEE data and material inventory from WMS, then independently generates and dynamically optimizes the optimal production schedule.

It links industrial cameras at millisecond-level response, analyzes pipeline images in real time, autonomously identifies tiny defects, and directly activates the back-end pneumatic sorting mechanism to reject defective products.

It monitors time-series vibration and temperature data of core motors 7×24 hours a day. Once potential faults are detected, it automatically generates maintenance work orders in the EAM system and distributes lists of required spare parts to maintenance staff.

It conducts global analysis on plant surveillance videos, accurately identifies violations such as workers without safety helmets, illegal hot work and unauthorized entry into hazardous areas, and triggers on-site broadcasting for real-time warnings.

It keeps track of production plans, autonomously dispatches the AGV fleet, and smoothly completes tasks including material picking at line-side warehouses, leftover material return and finished goods warehousing.

Our team consists of seasoned professionals with nearly 18 years of market service experience and a portfolio of over 800 clients.
Our service capabilities cover virtually all types of market demands.
We deliver global services with rapid response to customer requirements, efficient task execution, and cost reduction for clients.
- It enables online assembly of oversized aircraft components, real-time monitoring of dimensional deviations throughout the installation process, and efficient, rapid assembly.
- Equipment Utilized: Laser Tracker, FARO Laser Projector
- Technical Description: Laser trackers are used to establish coordinate system relationships between the fuselage and wings, with measuring stations laid out using professional measurement targets.
On-site real-time installation inspection equipment is deployed for continuous monitoring, and digital assembly of wings and fuselage is performed based on collected measurement data.
This project is the four-door and two-cover production line of Chongqing Seres. The required takt time is 50 seconds per vehicle with an automation rate of 90%. The main processes adopted in the project are spot welding, handling and hemming. Our company is primarily responsible for the commissioning of 20 robots and 4 sets of PLC systems.
This is Tesla’s main production line project for the Model Y. The designed takt time is 45 seconds per vehicle with an automation rate of 90%. Fixtures adopt a three-sided rotary hub structure. The core processes applied in the project include spot welding and arc welding.
