Digital Twin Assembly

- It enables online assembly of oversized aircraft components, real-time monitoring of dimensional deviations throughout the installation process, and efficient, rapid assembly.
- Equipment Utilized: Laser Tracker, FARO Laser Projector
- Technical Description: Laser trackers are used to establish coordinate system relationships between the fuselage and wings, with measuring stations laid out using professional measurement targets.
On-site real-time installation inspection equipment is deployed for continuous monitoring, and digital assembly of wings and fuselage is performed based on collected measurement data.

Chongqing Seres Project

This project is the four-door and two-cover production line of Chongqing Seres. The required takt time is 50 seconds per vehicle with an automation rate of 90%. The main processes adopted in the project are spot welding, handling and hemming. Our company is primarily responsible for the commissioning of 20 robots and 4 sets of PLC systems.

Tesla Texas Project, USA

This is Tesla’s main production line project for the Model Y. The designed takt time is 45 seconds per vehicle with an automation rate of 90%. Fixtures adopt a three-sided rotary hub structure. The core processes applied in the project include spot welding and arc welding.

BMW Germany Project

This project covers the MB workstation at BMW Regensburg Plant in Germany, which produces the X1 model. The designed takt time is 56 seconds per vehicle with an automation rate of 90%. Our scope includes commissioning around 5 sets of PLC systems for the main line and sub-stations, most of which are Siemens S7-1500 and S7-400 series.
