  Chengdu Volvo ProjectThis is a renovation project for the MB workstation at Volvo Chengdu Plant, covering vehicle models K26, P519, 723K and V551. The required takt time is 50 seconds per vehicle with an automation rate of 85%. The key processes involved include spot welding, material handling, vision inspection and vision guidance.

  BMW Germany ProjectThis project covers the MB workstation at BMW Regensburg Plant in Germany, which produces the X1 model. The designed takt time is 56 seconds per vehicle with an automation rate of 90%. Our scope includes commissioning around 5 sets of PLC systems for the main line and sub-stations, most of which are Siemens S7-1500 and S7-400 series.
